Dangerous Dames of Dayton, hosted by the League of Women Voters of the Greater Dayton Area. Event is from 6:00-9:00 PM at NCR Country Club and celebrates the 100th anniversary of women’s right to vote. Keynote speaker is Elaine Weiss, author of “The Woman’s Hour: The Great Fight to Win the Vote.” Tickets are $99 each.

An Afternoon of Love, Unity, Peace and Diversity from 1:00-3:00 PM at McIntosh Park (Edwin C. Moses Blvd. and W. Riverview) in Dayton, OH. This event is sponsored by the Dayton Unit of the NAACP in response to the KKK rally being held at Courthouse Square in Dayton the same day. This will be a family-friendly, block-party style event with music and speakers. Bring a chair and your own refreshments.
